Rice-Wagner Renovation

Project Description

The original house in a beautiful secluded location on a hillside had 9 foot ceilings but standard height windows and doors. With the renovation of the kitchen and mudroom, height was added to the windows and doors to increase views to the back hillside and gardens. We also improved the entry into the house through the mudroom with a new porch and walkway.
